President and Chairman of the Board: Jeff found his passion for helping others while attending the University of Maryland. During college, he joined Alpha Phi Omega – an International Service Fraternity, focusing on philanthropy and helping the less fortunate. He also co-founded the first Co-ed social fraternity at U of M - Tau Alpha Phi – which also focused on philanthropy and, of course, socializing. After graduation, Jeff followed the sunshine to California and became very active in the community while serving on the Board of Directors of Young Professionals against Cancer for many years. He married Yaira in August of 2004 and they now have three sons, Joshua, David and Nathan. He founded the Los Angeles Jewish Chamber in January 2008 and he currently serves as its President. As a Certified Financial Planner®, Jeff’s passion for assisting professionals, businesses, and retirees has helped him become one of the top financial planners in Southern California.

Paul Goldstein, the General Manager at Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary, has more than two decades of marketing and sales experience. His career focus has been in sales, business and strategic planning, marketing, marketing research employee management and finance. He holds a BS from San Francisco State University with concentrations in business and real estate. Paul was raised in Woodland Hills and now resides on the Westside.

Alan Kazden

JACC Treasurer Alan is an accounting partner with Rose, Snyder & Jacobs Accountancy Corporation and he has over 23 years of experience. He views his work more as a passion than a service and he loves to work with entrepreneurial companies. Alan is known for his proficiency in handling all the needs of his clients. He is a partner in the Auditing and Accounting Department, an SEC partner and he is in charge of the Accounting Services Practice. He served as a consultant to the Mayor’s Office and Los Angeles City Council on local tax issues. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with options in Accounting and Business Computer Methods from California State University, Long Beach. Alan joined the Board in December 2008, and is looking to help the Jewish Business Community grow and flourish.
